Team Solutions Dental has been a small dental lab, leading the American dental lab industry with its legacy knowledge and adoption of new technology to improve production quality and ROI for dentists and patients alike. As the middle man between dental professionals and tech vendors, consistent communication and a streamline workflow are key.

The Goal

• Improve Sitemap for SEO
• Optimize Analytics and Tracking for introducing new and/or better features.
• Decrease page load time

My Role

I collaborated with Team Leads, the Business/Marketing Director, and the Owner to restructure their old, out-dated website around business goals for "digitizing" client, vendor, and lab communication for both returning users and new users. I researched competitors and brought my analysis to the stakeholders to see what strengths we could glean and what weaknesses we could improve. From there I set up flow charts of customer journey, back and forth communications, and decluttered the information architecture. Business admins ultimately decided what to nix and what to keep for the new site.
